The facilitator for our 7Measures discussion is Michael Gallery, Ph.D., CAE, the president/founder for OPIS, LLC. Michael served as the chair of the Measures of Success Task Force, which conducted the research and produced the publication 7 Measures of Success. Michael has over 23 years of association management experience and has held a variety of leadership positions within ASAE, including ASAE fellow. Michael is currently the president of OPIS, LLC, a private consulting firm specializing in assisting organizations in becoming more like remarkable associations.
